~ Wet your hair. 

~ Slide the bar from root to tip 2-4 times.  

~ Put the bar down and lather the shampoo into your hair. 

~Rinse well.

~Only wash your roots if your hair is dry. 

LET THE BAR DRY BETWEEN USES! 

~Warm the bar in your hands for a few seconds.

~Massage the conditioner into wet clean hair ends.  

~Rinse well with warm water, followed by a cold water rinse.

~Only condition your tips if your hair is oily.

~ Warm the edge of the bar against your skin.

~ Coat your clean underarms with thin layer of deodorant.

~ Massage underarms with your fingertips.

Store in cool dry place.
