  Ordering & Payment  

Payment can only be made using PayPal, Visa and MasterCard credit or debit cards.  We never keep any payment details on record. All information regarding your online transactions and identity is kept confidential through our payment gateway Stripe.  Our website site uses SSL technology to keep your information safe.  

All prices listed on our website are in Euro (EUR).  The total cost of your order is the price of the products at the time the order is placed plus the postage fee based on a flat rate for Ireland, the UK, Europe, USA and Canada (see below).  Orders cannot be cancelled after it has been shipped.

If you process an order in error, please contact us immediately by emailing info@soapoutloud.com  quoting your order numbers. 

Soap Out Loud reserves the right to change the prices of products listed on this website at anytime.  If we are unable to fulfil your order at the time of dispatch, we will contact you immediately to offer a full refund.  

Delivery  

Delivery for all online purchases resulting from www.soapoutloud.com website are handled by An Post, Parcel Conect postal services in the Republic of Ireland.  Currently, we only deliver items to the Republic of Ireland, UK, Europe, USA and Canada. We plan to expand to other countries in later date.  For tracking information please contact us at info@soapoutloud.com before placing an order.  

Returns & Exchanges  

There is no exchange or refund available on Sale items.  In the case of a return for a product that is not suitable, the return postage is the responsibility of the customer.  Goods must be returned in their original packaging which must be intact within 7 days of receiving your order.   When returning items we’d recommend you hold on to proof of postage; we can’t take responsibility for any parcels that might get lost in transit.
